Tamoxifen Citrate is an antiestrogen being preferred by most athletes and bodybuilders.

Tamoxifen is used to combat estrogenic side effects caused by certain steroid cycles. It is used in most post-cycle therapies to restore natural testosterone production and prevent the onset of gynecomastia.

Management:

The duration of tamoxifen therapy should last 4 to 6 weeks, with an average dose of 10 to 40 mg per day, while the dose for women should not exceed 5 to 10 mg.

The administration is done orally, in the form of pills with a concentration of 20 mg per pill.

It can be combined with powerful steroids like: Dianabol and Anadrol 50 and various testosterone compounds.

Side effects:

Side effects are generally low if the recommended doses are respected, but in some cases may appear: nausea, vomiting, headache and stomach upset.

Even stronger but less common effects may be seen, including eczema, decreased white blood cell count, pulmonary embolism, and endometrial changes.

It is important to note that the use of Tamoxifen is not recommended for pregnant women, because it can harm the developing baby.
